Normally I do not write reviews but in this case would be remiss in not doing one. I recently purchased a new Ford F150 King Ranch. Only a 150 miles on it. Unfortunately it would not turn over this morning. After several phone conversations with dealer we decided it needed to be towed to dealer in Springfield to troubleshoot. Dillion McKnight from Chosen arrived mid-morning. As my home is located on a slight hill and the location of where it was parked made it difficult to hook up & load on the wrecker we had to weigh options. Be that it would not start and in park we had no resolution except to hook up & drag it one the wrecker bed. Dillion was adamant to not go that route. He got on the phone with the Ford dealership to discuss any more options, including checking linkage under truck to get in neutral. He popped the hood open went to the fuse box to check any potential issue. He told me to get in truck and try to start. It kicked right up👍 From that point Dillion did his magic and attention to detail in loading & securing my truck. After he was satisfied with the loading he covered off with me where he was hooked up and reassured me there would be no problems getting to the dealership. Dillion did not have to invest that effort in my situation but he did and it made an impression on me. We all miss so many opportunities to say “job well done”, but in this case Dillion went above the call of duty and I wanted to point that out. Thank you Dillion. Much appreciated? P. Burns
